You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a refund/exchange. After that time has passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be aware that some items on the shop are on final sale and that is clearly stated on the product page. You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange on those items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must send an email to [email protected] requesting a return authorization. Please include the order number, email and name used at time of purchase, and the item you wish to return with a reason for returning (or if you would like an exchange, let us know which item you would like). You can also reply to the order confirmation email with your return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days. We cannot refund any of your original shipping fees.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note a lot of our items are one of a kind. You can check on the site if a replacement is in stock, but oftentimes you will have to choose a different item for an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will have 5 business days to ship the item after we send back the return authorization. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot process a refund for an item we did not receive.
