We currently ship worldwide via USPS. Processing time is about 48 hours and item will ship within 24 hours of that.
Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item to get a Return Authorization Number. You can use the form on this page or reply to the order confirmation email. Make sure you include your order confirmation number, your name and email as it’s listed on your account and the item you want to return along with the reason for the return. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. Shipping cost you paid on your original order is not refundable. And you are also responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us. Please make sure you use a trackable method.
