Affiliate Terms
Welcome to the Janaki Imports Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for participation in our program.
By applying to the Janaki Imports Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Application Process
1.1 To join the Affiliate Program, complete the application form on our website.
1.2 Your application will be reviewed for eligibility. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.3 Once approved, you will gain access to the Affiliate Area.
2. Affiliate Links and Tracking
2.1 You will receive a unique affiliate link that allows us to track sales generated through your referrals.
2.2 You can also create specific product links to promote individual products.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Affiliates earn a commission of 15% on every sale generated through their affiliate link.
3.2 Commissions are calculated on the net sales amount after deducting discounts, returns, and cancellations.
4. Payouts
4.1 Commissions are paid out once a month to the PayPal email address provided during the application process.
4.2 The payout is for qualifying sales of the previous month.
4.3 There is a 30-day wait period to ensure that sales are qualified and to account for any potential refunds or returns.
5. Affiliate Dashboard
5.1 Affiliates will have access to an Affiliate Dashboard where they can track their performance, monitor earnings, and view detailed reports.
5.2 The Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time statistics on clicks, sales, and commissions.
6. Terms of Service Violations
6.1 Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in the termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
8.2 Upon termination, you will receive any outstanding commissions earned up to the termination date.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are set up properly to earn commissions.
9.2 You may not use your affiliate link for your own purchases.
9.3 Affiliates may not engage in any form of spamming or unethical promotion.
